We meet as a team for practice two times a week, Tuesday nights for a speed workout, and Saturday mornings for a strength / long run workout. Locations and times change based upon what time of year it is, but typically Tuesday night practices start at 5:45 pm, and Saturday morning practices at 8:00 am.
There is no obligation to be at all practices, we realize people have busy schedules, but we do require members to attend at least one practice per month.

Any runner that meets the following standards documented the same year as the designated nationals race will automatically be on the team with no required Fall Cross Country races (as long as they apply at or before November 1st). This is in recognition that many athletes have different goals for their season including marathons and triathlons and have limited time to do additional races, but clearly have the ability and fitness to be on the team.
- age 35 or less 23:00 5K or faster
- ages 36-40 23:30
- ages 41-45 24:00
- ages 46-50 24:30
- ages 51-55 25:00
- ages 56-60 25:30
- ages 61-65 26:30
- ages 66-70 27:00
You must be a USATF Club member (for insurance purposes)
